1. All prices listed on the Fruity Nuts website are in PKR.

3. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, Jazz Cash, and Easy Paisa
4. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received (except COD).
4. Orders and order confirmation

2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
3. In case of cancellation, any paid amount will be refunded within 3-7 business days.
5. Shipping and delivery
1. Delivery timeline of Fruity Nuts within the city is 1-2 working days and outside the city is 2-5 working days.
2. Delivery charges may apply depending on location and order size.
3. All deliveries of Fruity Nuts above Rs. 5000 are free.
4. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or national holidays.
5. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided (if applicable).
6. Quality guarantee
1. Fruity Nuts ensures all products are fresh, healthy, pure, hygienically packed, and of premium quality.
2. If you receive any damaged, expired, or wrong items, please contact us within 24-48 hours with photos/videos.
7. Returns, refunds and exchange policy
1. Fruity Nuts (Private) Limited has a policy of accepting all returns and exchanges within 15 days.
5. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, Jazz Cash, and Easy Paisa.
2. Return and refund timing is from 3-7 business days.
3. Products opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return but after discussion with management.

11. Bulk orders and wholesale purchases
1. Bulk and wholesale orders by Fruity Nuts may require advance payment.
2. Prices for wholesale quantities supplied by Fruity Nuts may differ from retail listed prices.
3. Once a bulk order is confirmed and packed, it cannot be cancelled unless agreed by Fruity Nuts management.
4. Delivery timelines for wholesale orders by Fruity Nuts may vary depending on stock availability and order size.
12. Dropshipping
1. Fruity Nuts can serve as dropshipping suppliers of all fresh, healthy, and pure products to customers at market-compatible prices.
2. Fruity Nuts can serve to purchase, store, pack, and ship products directly to your customers once you receive a sale order on your online store from your customer.
3. Fruity Nuts can serve as dropshipping suppliers of a wide range of its listed products nationally as well as globally.
13. Discount codes, offers and promotions
1. All promotional codes, discount vouchers, or seasonal offers of Fruity Nuts must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions (unless stated).
2. All offers are valid only during the promotional period
3. Fruity Nuts reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer without notice.
4. Fruity Nuts gift offers depend on stock availability.
14. Packaging and handling
1. Fruity Nuts products are sealed and packed using hygienic materials.

15. Order cancellation policy

2. Delivery delays caused by courier partners, festivals, weather, or public holidays are beyond the control of Fruity Nuts.
18. Replacement policy
Fruity Nuts product replacement may be provided if:

4. Photo or video proof is mandatory within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
